Terms & Conditions

Last updated: draft · These terms are a work in progress and may change.

Welcome to PumpCall (the “Service”). By connecting a wallet, making predictions, posting calls, or burning $PUMPCALL, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What PumpCall is

PumpCall is an entertainment and reputation platform for live coin callouts. Predictions are free and build only non-cashable reputation (XP, accuracy, streaks). It is a skill/social game — not a casino, exchange, broker, or financial product.

2. No financial advice

Nothing on PumpCall — including callouts, predictions, the Whale Radar, Coin Audits, Backed Coins, or any score or badge — is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Information may be inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Crypto assets are highly volatile and you may lose everything. Do your own research.

3. $PUMPCALL and burns

4. “Backed”, audits & badges are signals, not guarantees

A coin being “backed” by burns, appearing on the Whale Radar, or receiving any Audit score reflects on-chain activity and third-party data only. It is not an endorsement, verification of safety, or guarantee of legitimacy. A burn proves money was spent — nothing more.

5. No guarantees / availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or that features will work without error, and may change or discontinue any feature at any time.

6. Eligibility & conduct

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and permitted to use such services where you live. Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes, market manipulation, or to mislead others.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PumpCall and its contributors are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost tokens, missed opportunities, or reliance on any information shown.

8. Cookies, analytics & local storage

We use a single essential cookie (pc_session) to keep you signed in after you connect a wallet — it holds a signed session token, not personal data. This cookie is always set because sign-in cannot work without it.

With your consent, we also use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic (page views, rough location, device/browser). This is opt-in: the analytics script and its cookies (e.g. _ga, _gid) load only after you press “Accept” on the cookie bar — press “Decline” and no analytics cookies are set. IP addresses are anonymised. We do not use advertising or cross-site ad-tracking cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies and local storage (see below).

We also store small preferences in your browser’s local storage (e.g. your cookie choice, or dismissing the intro). You can clear cookies and local storage at any time in your browser; doing so will sign you out, reset preferences, and re-show the cookie choice.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
